Välinge Innovation has announced the continued expansion of its partnership with Polish furniture giant Forte, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of self-assembly furniture.
The company recently launched ModuKlix – a modular wardrobe system powered by Välinge’s Threespine ID Click Furniture Technology.
Unveiled at MOW, a central marketplace for furniture in Europe, ModuKlix combines modern design with an easy build and assembly process, enabling consumers to design and assemble wardrobes with speed and confidence.
Välinge says: "Its vertical build concept ensures practical simplicity and easy assembly – even in smaller spaces or low-ceiling rooms – bringing true flexibility to modern living."
Johan Hallin, key account manager at Välinge Innovation, adds: “We are proud to be an active development partner to Forte and delighted that they are now taking new steps with Threespine and introducing additional furniture series featuring our click furniture technology. ModuKlix embodies all the elements of simplicity, ergonomics and eco-design that will be crucial in tomorrow’s furniture.”
Välinge’s Threespine technology is a patented, factory-integrated locking system that promises fast, reliable and error-free assembly. Panels simply click together to form "strong, stable furniture with premium quality and long-lasting durability".
Following the positive response from retail partners at MOW, ModuKlix is set to launch in Poland and Germany, with further product categories already in development.
“With ModuKlix, we aim to deliver a truly smart solution for modular, easy-to-build furniture – innovative, consumer-driven and designed to bring new comfort to everyday living,” says Ingrid Lohse, chief sales officer at Forte.
Johan concludes: “There is much talk about innovation in the furniture industry, and ModuKlix from Forte is truly proof of real furniture innovation.”
