Wayfair reportedly looking to sub-let Lutterworth DC

Logistics Matters reports that Wayfair UK is seeking to sub-let part or all of its distribution centre at Magna Park, Lutterworth, which covers more than one million sqft.

This development would come in the wake of staff cuts across the international ecommerce business, which also reported its highest revenue growth and profitability since 2021, during its Q2 (ended 30th June, see related).

Logistics Matters says the company is not openly marketing the Magna Park facility, but says it is reported that "property agents have been retained to secure a sub-let and viewings have taken place".
