Principles of Consumer Law and Understanding Bed and Mattress Complaints Course - September 10th 2013

This one day course is designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of consumer legislation and the issues surrounding bed and mattress complaints. The course draws upon the experience of The Furniture Ombudsman, which handles hundreds of complaints and disputes a year on beds and mattresses.

Pricing and Advertising Compliance - September 17th 2013

This course is designed to cover the legal and regulatory framework, including key legislation that must be considered in relation to pricing, self regulation including CAP and BCAP codes, and the role of regulatory bodies within the consumer landscape.
