Weronika Jakubowska has been appointed deputy director at leading Polish furniture fair, Meble Polska.
Weronika, who began her professional career in the customer service department in the food industry, has been working with show organiser Grupa MTP for more than four years, and many of the event's exhibitors know her well.
With the support of project director Jozef Szyszka, she has co-created the project, with responsibility for sales and exhibitor relations.
She emphasises that working with people is her true passion, and cannott imagine her career without direct contact with customers: "I am a good team player and I believe that we can achieve common goals only when the team understands its tasks and its members motivate and support each other. The most effective co-operation is one in which everyone feels comfortable and at ease."
