OKA plans to open a new outlet store at Bicester Avenue Garden Centre, close to Bicester Village and Bicester Shopping Park, next month.
The outlet, which follows the opening of the brand’s latest showroom at Redbrick Mill in West Yorkshire earlier this year, will showcase its curated range of furniture and accessories at reduced prices.
The company has also said it would be exploring additional locations in the UK, with a focus on the north of England.
Mark Saunders, CEO of OKA, says: “Bicester is a great location for retail with over 300,000 visitors each year. Our stores are an essential part of our brand footprint and this is an important addition to our estate as we concentrate on building our presence in the UK home interiors market.”
Earlier this year, OKA appointed former Soho Home and Neptune executive Aalish Yorke-Long as CCO.
OKA, a B Corp-certified company, works with artisans across the world to develop its furniture and accessories range, which is retailed through its website and 12 UK stores. It also offers an interior design service and a bespoke, handmade-to-order range.
In its last financial results, the business reported sales to £55.7m.
