On Sunday 24th August, the Irish Furniture and Homewares Show (IFHS) unveiled the winners of the Irish Furniture & Homewares Awards 2025, during an evening dedicated to celebrating innovation, creativity and excellence across the sector.
With a record number of entries this year, the awards once again showcased the high standard of products and people driving the industry forward, says IFHS: "Beyond the winners, the shortlist in each category reflected the diversity, ingenuity, and commitment to quality that define the Irish and international home furnishings market."
The results were: Best Global Product Category – Sealy UK, Global Home Ireland and Cófra were shortlisted, Global Home Ireland was highly commended, and Cófra the winner; Best Sustainability Initiative Category – Asiatic London, Hermann Biederlack and Highgrove Beds were shortlisted, Highgrove Beds was highly commended, and Hermann Biederlack the winner; Best European Product Category – Glamour Sofa, Mini Divani and Buoyant Upholstery were shortlisted, Mini Divani was highly commended, and Glamour Sofa the winner; Best Display & Exhibition Stand – the runner-up was Transformer Tables, and the winner Faith and Ethan (pictured); Best Supplier – the winner was Faith and Ethan; and Best Sales Representative – the winner was Andrew Heasley, Image Furnishings.
The awards were judged by Amanda Bone, an architect and lecturer with extensive expertise in design, sustainability, and industry standards. The evening was hosted by Ruth Scott, a well-known broadcaster and presenter whose warmth, professionalism, and energy brought a vibrant atmosphere to the celebrations, says IFHS.
As well as celebrating this year’s winners, there was also a special recognition for companies that have exhibited at the show consistently for the past 10 years. This tribute highlighted their invaluable contribution to supporting and strengthening the furniture industry, while championing innovation and growth. The companies honoured on the night included Keen Classic, Mini Divani, World Furniture, MPD Furniture, Global Home and Tyrone Quality Framing (Art Source 121).
The show's organiser emphasise that the awards are not only a celebration of achievement but also a recognition of the people, products and companies raising standards industry-wide.
"From pioneering sustainable innovation to delivering exceptional service and design, this year’s winners and finalists truly embody the best of the furniture and homewares sector," IFHS concludes.
