Dusk reports record-breaking year of expansion

Following a year of significant moves, Dusk.com is celebrating a landmark year of transformative growth in 2024, which proved the e-tailer's strongest year yet - defined by major investments and infrastructure expansion, and "an unwavering commitment to delivering luxury homeware, for less".

In the last FY, Dusk, which was founded in 2017, fulfilled over 950,000 orders, marking an impressive +52% YoY growth.

To meet demand, the business accelerated its expansion plans with the launch of a third warehouse in March 2025, a 279,000 sqft facility that has doubled previous dispatch capacity, supporting even faster delivery across the UK.

In addition to physical growth, DUSK is also investing heavily in the digital and operational foundations of the business. A £1.5m upgrade to its technology infrastructure is ongoing, aimed at enhancing automation, streamlining inventory management, and elevating the end-to-end customer journey – from browsing to delivery.

Chris Read, CEO of Dusk.com, comments: “Our customers are the heart of Dusk, and their continued support has been instrumental in shaping our success. As we grow, we’re investing back into the areas that matter most – speed, service and selection. This past year has been a defining one for the business, and we’re excited to be building an even stronger, more responsive Dusk for the future.

"As with any period of rapid growth, we’ve faced challenges – particularly during complex system upgrades that temporarily affected dispatch times. We recognise the impact this had and have taken clear steps to strengthen our systems, our team, and our promise to continue enhancing the customer journey at every touchpoint.”

Dusk launched over 2100 new products in 2024 – a +173% YoY increase – while its headcount surged by +139% YoY, from 113 employees in 2024 to 270 in 2025, expanding the customer support team by +48% over the last six months.

Its marketing strategy has also delivered strong results. Social media followers grew by +30% in 2024, with 130,000+ new followers joining the brand's online community. Sian Guest, head of brand, says: “Our growth is powered by connection – connecting with customers through immersive brand experiences, digital storytelling, and stand-out marketing campaigns.

"We’re not just selling homeware – we’re delivering inspiration at every touchpoint and turning everyday spaces into something extraordinary.”
