Bed retailer Dreams has appointed Matt Richardson as its new director of production.
Matt brings over 20 years of production leadership experience in the bedroom furniture sector, joining Dreams from Bensons for Beds where he served as head of manufacturing. Over his career, Matt has also held product and manufacturing roles at Steinhoff UK Beds and Hilding Anders.
At Dreams, Matt will lead production at the Dreams Bed Factory in Oldbury, West Midlands, joining the senior leadership team as the business continues to invest in its UK manufacturing, operations, and long-term growth.

This experience and skillset will be invaluable in making sure our Dreams Bed Factory in the West Midlands continues to produce the high-quality mattresses we know customers want.
