Retail management solution provider Swan Retail has expanded its offering to retailers through the acquisition of Creative Marketing, which is trading as Standout, a fully integrated creative marketing agency.
The new team is set to enable Swan to become a one-stop shop for omnichannel retail solutions, with Standout providing services across brand, graphics, digital and marketing strategy, with ecommerce a central part of its overall digital offering.
Standout’s services complement the existing range of retail management and EPoS solutions that Swan provides.
David Thompson, Swan Retail's MD, says: “We were very keen to add a provider of services that went beyond a traditional tech or ecommerce-only organisation. Whilst increasingly important to all retailers, ecommerce is only a success when the site performs well, clearly communicates the retailer’s brand and is supported by a host of digital marketing services including search, social, email and offline advertising. Standout provide all of these services and were a natural fit for us on many other levels.”
Swan is also expanding its presence in the US by launching its updated suite of applications at furniture shows and conferences. The company has promoted Mark Jackson to vice-president of retail sales to oversee this side of the business.
