Rachel Osborne has resigned as a non-executive director at Dunelm, following her appointment as CFO at Debenhams – which has a competitive overlap with Dunelm, states the retailer.
A search to appoint a new non-executive director in Rachel's place will begin imminently.
Andy Harrison, chairman, says: "We fully understand Rachel's decision to step down, and that her executive career takes priority. We wish her well in her new role and thank her for her contribution to Dunelm."
