A new series of expert talks in Academy Live at Top Drawer spring/summer 2017, taking place at London Olympia from 15-17th this month, promises fresh thinking and new perspectives.
Top Drawer has announced an engaging line-up of retail experts for the forthcoming Academy Live talks, with experts from the likes of John Lewis, Liberty, M&S, Notonthehighstreet, the Design Museum and the V&A offering practical advice on the changing retail landscape.
On Sunday 15th Leanne Manfredi, the programme panager of the V&A: participation and co-design, will give her keynote presentation on The Uses of Design in the 21st Century Museum, focusing on the resurgence of British craft and the wider social impact of design.
On 16th, Emma Slate, food & drink content editor for M&S, will be giving her keynote presentation, Trend to table – What you’ll be eating in 2017 and why you should care. Rounding off the show on 17th, Lucy Lines, head of visual merchandising for John Lewis will share her expertise on visual marketing, from how to create impressive window dressing to being on-trend in 2017.
