Jaswinder Bhachu has joined the leading bed supplier as systems analyst/IT manager, bringing 15 years experience of working across multiple business sectors, for names such as Microsoft, to his new role. Jaswinder is responsible for project managing the successful implementation of new systems to positively affect all areas of the business.
Ashraf Sidat has been appointed IT administrator and is keen to use his 20 years experience of small to large scale IT project implementations in his new role, in which he is responsible for keeping Serene’s IT ahead of the curve, to provide the very best service to staff and customers.
Commenting on the appointments, the company’s founder, Tasleem Tasab, says: “Serene continues to expand and to meet the growing demand for our products we are increasing staff levels to ensure the high levels of customer service, for which we have become known, are met and exceeded, wherever possible.
