Pre-registration now open for Manchester Furniture Show

This July, the UK’s second-largest furniture trade event returns with renewed energy, a sense of community, and an essential opportunity to source, connect and grow, says Clarion Events, as the Manchester Furniture Show (MFS) arrives at Manchester Central on from 6–7th July, once again setting out its stall as the furniture industry’s home for summer sourcing …

With more than 120 furniture and interior brands under one roof, and over 4000 visitors expected, MFS offers a strong mid-year platform for professionals looking to discover seasonal collections, product launches and industry insights – all in a relaxed environment.

“This isn’t just another trade fair,” says Clarion. “MFS is where relationships are built, orders are placed, and ideas come to life.”

Attendees can look forward to bold product showcases from established names including La-Z-Boy, Bluebone, Alpha Designs, Taylors Creative Living, Buoyant Upholstery, At The Helm, Premier Housewares, and many more. The curated mix covers everything from living room and bedroom furniture to lighting, rugs, home office, lifestyle pieces, and decorative accessories, offering real value to buyers preparing for Q4 and beyond.

One of the show’s greatest strengths is its accessibility and welcoming atmosphere. Located in the heart of Manchester, MFS attracts independent retailers, department stores, interior designers and contract buyers from across the UK – particularly the North, Ireland and Scotland. With 86% of buyers placing orders in the second half of the year, according to Clarion data, MFS is firmly positioned as a commercial catalyst for summer sourcing.

“MFS is more than just business,” Clarion continues. “It’s also the industry’s most sociable show, featuring networking events, a central Spritz Bar, and the highly anticipated Summer Party on the evening of 6th July. These moments are designed to bring the sector together to reconnect, refresh, and recharge.”

A key highlight for 2025 is the return of the Women in Furniture Network (WIFN), with a panel discussion on 7th July. Led by Zoë Bonser, portfolio director at Clarion Events, and featuring high-profile voices from across the trade – including Kellie Wyles (DFS), Nicola Furlong (Ashley Manor nd Alexander & James), Jan Duckworth (Cox & Cox), and Fara Butt (Shire Beds) – the session will explore this year’s IWD theme, ‘Accelerate Action’, and aims to drive meaningful conversations around leadership, inclusion and innovation.

“WIFN’s presence underlines MFS’ commitment to championing diversity and empowering professionals at every stage of their careers,” states Clarion.

“For exhibitors, MFS offers unbeatable commercial value. The show continues to attract high-quality, repeat buyers with significant spending power. It’s a cost-effective way to connect with hard-to-reach retailers and launch new products in a setting that blends legacy with opportunity,” the show organiser concludes. “Whether you’re a buyer looking to refresh your range or a brand seeking new connections, MFS 2025 is the must-attend event this summer.”
