Kent retailer joins The Furniture Ombudsman

A family-run furniture retailer of over 65 years, based in Orpington, Kent, has joined The Furniture Ombudsman to show its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction. Thornburrows is an independent retailer with comprehensive collections of furniture, carpets, beds and furnishing accessories. The Furniture Ombudsman specialises in providing Alternative Dispute Resolution solutions for consumers and retailers in the furniture and home improvement industries. It also aims to raise standards, improve service and inspire consumer confidence.
