The Furniture Awards return to the January Furniture Show next month (23rd-26th January, at the NEC, Birmingham) to celebrate the industry's champions.
Despite attracting plenty of strong entries so far, the awards' organisers have decided to extend the entry window, given the unique challenges and pressure the show's exhibitors face this year. The intial deadline of Friday 3rd December has been extended to Wednesday 8th December – entries must be submitted here by the end of that day.
The 2022 awards are being delivered in a new format, with fresh categories – Sustainability, Best of British, Value, Design Innovation and Global Player – and an online assessment process. The shortlist and winners will be announced in January, ahead of the show, enabling the successful suppliers to enjoy maximum exposure.
Awards co-ordinator Paul Farley (editor-in-chief, Furniture News) says: "If you're exhibiting at the show, don't miss your last chance to be one of this year's winners!"
