Park Furnishers opens on Bristol retail park

Family-owned, Bristol-based furniture retailer Park Furnishers has opened a new store – on the city's Eastgate Retail Park, next to IKEA.

The retailer, which announced the sale of its site at Willway Street Bedminster last spring, has been busy preparing its newest store throughout the latest lockdown.

MD Emma Leeke says: “Many months later than we had planned, we are pleased to be able to finally open our new store at the Eastgate Retail Park. We are so looking forward to welcoming customers old and new to the store, which is full of inspirational sofas, chairs, beds, garden, dining and occasional furniture, as well as our kitchen, flooring and Hammonds bedroom studios.

"The store is beautifully propped with lovely accessories, lights, pictures and mirrors, so even if they are not looking to make a big purchase just yet, there are lots of beautiful products to help customers update their look.”

Lockdown prevented Park Furnishers from finishing its £5m relocation sale at its Willway Street, Bedminster site, which also reopened today, and where a clearance sale continues.

Park Furnishers is part of the Leekes Retail & Leisure Group, based in South Wales.
