Manchester Furniture Show postponed to 2021

As a consequence of the ongoing impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the Manchester Furniture Show, scheduled to take place this July, has been postponed to 2021.

Event director Cleere Scamell comments: “It is with the greatest disappointment that we are postponing Manchester Furniture Show until 18-20th July next year. This has not been an easy decision to reach, as we understand how important a strong summer sales event is to the furniture industry.

"The 2021 edition will be a special opportunity for the industry to come together in better times. The show will combine all the exciting plans for this year, plus the 2021 edition’s new enhanced sectors and even more key brands and buyers.

“We would like to thank our loyal and valued clients for their support and understanding during these unprecedented times. Over the coming weeks I will outline our plans for supporting the industry with resources and virtual product launches through the summer.

"We are also refocusing effort and resources towards the key January Furniture Show, to ensure that the landmark annual event delivers its strongest edition during the anticipated recovery period. In the meantime, we wish the furniture community the very best during this difficult time.”
