Sealy campaigns to reverse worker sleep deficit

Bed manufacturer Sealy is launching a new national awareness campaign in conjunction with a leading HR expert focusing on the importance of employees achieving healthy sleep in the workplace.

The campaign is based on a piece of research Sealy has commissioned which reveals more than 70% of employees across the country are regularly turning up to work exhausted. Through awareness and education activities, Sealy is looking at changing this, giving employers the tools and support needed to better manage their employees' sleep, and, in doing so, attempt to reverse this statistic.

The campaign's landing page features statistics and resources for employers, including a detailed white paper outlining the steps they can take to ensure the healthy sleep of their staff.

The campaign has already attracted interest from the likes of Nike, Selfridges and the NHS, plus many regional firms.
