Steinhoff UK Beds, manufacturer of beds and mattresses under the Relyon, Dunlopillo, Myers and Slumberland brands, has announced the promotion of Mark Duff to operations director following the retirement of David Lambert.
During his previous role as general manager at the Huntingdon site, Mark has over the last few years delivered considerable improvements in operational efficiency, site development, management controls and as a result improved bottom line performance.
As operations director for the Bedding Division, Mark will now cover both the Wellington (Relyon Ltd) and Huntingdon (Steinhoff UK Beds Ltd) sites, bringing his skills together with the respective Operations management teams to Wellington, as well as continuing to improve Huntingdon.
Commenting on his new role, Mark says: “I welcome this new opportunity to bring further improvements into our multiple manufacturing sites, and remain focused on delivering the best products and service to our expanding customer base.”
