Industry veterans introduce Abode at January show

Industry stalwarts David Imrie and David Langford are bringing a new company to the January Furniture Show, which takes place from 22nd-25th January at the NEC, Birmingham.

Abode Collections brings together years of experience and a unique understanding of the Vietnamese furniture industry and UK trends. Joint MD David Imrie says: "At the show we will launch with three brand new collections of upholstery and cabinets from three Vietnamese factories new to the UK. Each one demonstrates a new take on high-value, quality product with a stylish twist on commercial market positions."

The show also sees the return of Premier Housewares, one of the leading suppliers of housewares and home lifestyle products. A spokesperson for Premier Housewares says: "We are delighted to be showcasing our newest product ranges - in particular our new luxury interiors brand, Fifty Five South, which will include an eclectic product line of high-quality furniture, soft furnishings, and home accessories designed to suit the very latest home living trends."

With almost 450 British and international furniture brands now confirmed, the show is set to be bigger and better in 2017, with more stand space, a partnership with the Society of British Interior Designers and a collaboration with the Great Hospitality Show.
