Rugby star Sir Clive Woodward is the keynote speaker at Retail IT’s annual event, which will take place on 19th October at the China Exchange in Central London.
The theme of this year’s event is How growing retailers can harness technology to compete with larger chains.
Sir Clive will discuss how incremental changes to a business' approach can yield significant results - featuring examples, insights and case studies from his sporting and business career.
Other presentations cover How digital and social media can help independent retailers boost footfall, grow brands and help sales flourish, while visitors will also hear from PureNet’s development team lead, Douglas Radburn, who will dissect How ecommerce can bridge the gap between online and offline.
