Upholstery manufacturer Vale Bridgecraft suffered flooding at its factory in Mytholmroyd over the Christmas weekend, which ran seven feet deep at its peak, causing extensive damage. However, the company reports that, due to swift action to remedy the situation, production has resumed.
MD Stuart Chadwick comment: "The dedication of the team, many of which gave up their Christmas break to help clear up the mess, means we can respond effectively to customer orders. It would be great if our retailers could support us by placing orders as normal, for fulfilment in around eight weeks."
