Mattress producer The Foam Company has announced new appointments to its sales team to support its continued growth.
Jon Baker has a wealth of experience, having worked for the company for the past 19 years. He takes on the role of commercial director, leading the UK sales team in driving sales of Revitalise and the new SleepShaper ranges. John Tuton continues to head up the sales team for Mammoth. Previously, Jon was integral to the launch of SleepShaper in 2005, which was subsequently awarded two ‘Best Buys’ from Which? magazine.
New to the business are Adrian Eyre and Sally Edwards, who as key account managers will be developing relationships with independent retailers across all brands including SleepShaper, Revitalise and Mammoth. Before joining the company Adrian and Sally worked in senior sales and marketing roles within Tempur, the manufacturer and distributor of mattresses and pillows.
Says The Foam Company’s MD, Mike Nash: “We are delighted that Jon is going back to his roots in driving sales and developing product. He has been fantastic for us operationally, and we know he will be even more successful in gaining new customers, and developing our existing customer base.
