Lacaze bespoke interiors opens in London

Lacaze bespoke interiors has opened its first showroom on London's Kings Road. Founded by industry design duo Hanaa and Kay Chattun, Lacaze offers a tailor-made service to suit all tastes and design specifications.  From elegant beds, bespoke sofas and armchairs, fitted wardrobes to coffee tables, each of the pieces is handmade and employs fine materials, fabrics, woods and fillings.

Lacaze works with some of the most talented and skilled designers, craftsmen, carpenters and upholsterers, and each design is nurtured from concept to completion by the company's in-house team, within its new showroom and at its dedicated workshop based in the outskirts of London.

Hanaa and Kay first touched on design as children when watching their father create furniture within his home workshop. What started as carving chairs for their dolls soon expanded into larger projects. With the option of woodwork for girls dismissed within their school, both Hanaa and Kay continued to take lessons from their father, who was a design and woodwork lecturer.

In 2005, both sisters took the journey to London. Having identified a gap in the market for quality bespoke furniture, Hanaa and Kay have dedicated their time to creating luxury pieces for both trade and consumers.

Lacaze is located at 558 Kings Road, London, SW6 2DZ.
