Italian furnishing fabric and curtain exhibition Proposte 2014, which took place between 7-9th May, attracted 6593 visitors, made up of 2364 Italians and 4229 foreigners (an international visitorship presence of 64.15%., compared to 62.55% last eyar.
Total visitor numbers were up 7.19% compared to 2013.
The show recorded a 2.65% increase in Italian visitors, while foreign visitor numbers were up by 9.9%.
The leading countries in terms of visitor nationality, in addition to Italy, were Germany with 597 attendees, Great Britain with 543 and the US with 396.
According to the event's organiser, the quality of the contracts signed with buyers from 70 countries indicates a recovering market.
