Now in its fourth year, Best of Britannia London has announced its line up of born-and-bred British exhibitors transforming the new venue into its biggest and best event yet.

Straddling the edges of the City of London and hipster Shoreditch, the new venue is a stone’s throw from Spitalfields and Brick Lane Markets and will take place over the last weekend in June, from 26th – 28th. Best of Britannia will be pay homage to Wimbledon in the outdoor food court with a feast of classically British food and drink, including cream teas from leading tea brand, Tregothnan.

Entertainment:
The East End Film Festival, one of the largest film festivals in the UK, will be hosting and curating a pop-up cinema for all three days. An annual multi-platform festival held in London, the EEFF is known for presenting a rich and diverse program of international premieres, immersive live events and industry masterclasses.

Hoxton FM will be DJing and broadcasting live from BOB while DJ legend and house music phenomenon, Norman Jay MBE, will be taking to the decks from 7pm on Saturday night for a masterclass in ‘Rare Groove’ – a phrase coined by the man himself in the 1980s when he rose to prominence playing unlicensed warehouse parties. Acid Jazz label head and Modcaster Eddie Piller is also back to BOB adding his Northern Soul flavour to proceedings.

To top it all off, author of The Perfect Gentleman's Pocket Guide: Modern Secrets to Etiquette, Style, and Charming Charisma, Michael Ferrera, will be hosting sessions throughout.

Non-executive director and renowned designer Wayne Hemingway MBE says: “I have been a fan of Best of Britannia since its inaugural event in 2012. BoB is hitting the zeitgeist with British manufacturing seeing a resurgence.

"We are at a time when retailers need security of supply (something that the Far East often falls down on). The realisation of quality are becoming key issues in manufacturing and a growing number of consumers here understand the boost to the UK economy to jobs and to the sustainability and ethical sourcing that ‘Made in the UK’ brings.”
